Krushna's crew crushes Coho in Topsfield's shallow waters!
Good times out on the water today with Krushna and their crew during this wicked spring afternoon session. We launched around mid-afternoon with partly cloudy skies and some rain moving through the area. The flats around Topsfield were slicked out despite the weather, making for decent conditions to work with.
Once we found the right spot, we focused on sight fishing and wade fishing in the shallow water areas. Krushna and their crew connected with some nice Coho Salmon using these techniques. Topsfield's flats are perfect for this style of fishing - the shallow water gives you great opportunities to spot fish and make precise presentations. Lines tight all afternoon as we worked the area methodically. We wrapped up the trip with great catches and no suh, everyone had a solid time out there!
